Azalea Regional Library System collaborated with us to develop and create a “Makers Space” in the Morgan County Library. We took an area of the library and created an enclosed space that is available to any patrons of the library to utilize. Activities that “maker spaces” facilitate are meetings, study room, quilting, crafting or S.T.E.M. related activities. The area is mostly comprised of storefront glass and utilizes the existing facility windows. This space provides the patrons and residents an easily accessible, readily available space for a multitude of opportunities.
