H&R Block

Dyer Construction was fortunate enough to partner with a local H & R Block franchisee to complete a start to finish, ground up, freestanding building for new office space to serve the clients of the franchise. Included in the construction were two additional rental units for office/shop/stores. Dyer Construction took this parcel of land that was overgrown and unkept, and constructed a sleek, comfortable, thriving office strip located on one of the major corridors of Milledgeville/Baldwin County. Slab-on-grade construction allowed for the office space to be constructed to meet the needs and requirements of the franchise and allowed for a substantial upgrade for the owner in terms of square footage and office amenities. The additional two rental units were constructed for the owner and completed to a “white box” status, suitable for a multitude of opportunities for potential tenants. Underground utilities, parking lot construction working with the existing landscape/neighboring properties provided the owner a project proud to call her own!
