Tom has been employed by Dyer Construction for eight years and has been involved in numerous project in and around middle Georgia. He has overseen the construction of the kitchen at Baldwin State Prison, remodeled the Oconee Regional Emergency Room, the building of the Milledgeville Exchange Bank, the renovation of the Club at Lake Sinclair Clubhouse, as well as numerous maintenance jobs at GCSU and other surrounding businesses.
Tom is responsible for executing the construction process, coordinating trade contractors’ work, and ensuring sites are safe and productive. He assists with designing documents for constructability, means and method, phasing options, temporary protection requirements, site logistics and other construction activities. He is continuously solving problems on job-sites and enforcing safety measures.
