Dyer Construction was employed to construct a Jimmy John’s in downtown Milledgeville. An old historic brick building was retrofitted to serve as this restaurant’s new location. We secured the walls and retrofitted the floors to accommodate the large kitchen and heavy foot traffic of customers. The building is unrecognizable from its original state as a gray brick building and was transformed into a vibrant restaurant for the community.
