Flowspace – Coworking Office

This project was remarkably interesting from concept to completion. We took two adjoining retail spaces of different elevations and combined them to complete this unique concept design: Lake Oconee’s first coworking office community. Flowspace is a community of diverse entrepreneurs, creatives, remote workers, startup founders, nonprofits, and so much more. Flowspace provides a place where they can focus, connect, and amplify productivity. We collaborated with owners, who were very hands-on, to bring together everything from configuring a wide-open blank space into an array of various sized office spaces to meet a variety of needs. Touches included oversized doors with full glass, access controls, state of the art custom lighting, floor tile and custom cabinetry. Add in the owner’s amazing eye for color and décor and you have a bright, vibrant workspace to call your own.
