When Georgia College wanted to recreate their learning spaces for the Arts & Sciences building they chose Dyer Construction to remodel several classroom by adding new carpet, paint, televisions, and new desks and classroom chairs. This has created a more functional and modern learning environment for students.

Center for Student Success
Dyer Construction was employed to completely renovate the Center for Student Success on the second floor of Lanier Hall. Centennial Center
Dyer Construction was hired to completely redo the entrances and surrounding patio area around the Centennial Center. Custom brick walkways were placed in intricate patterns around the building, and large decorative stone and lighted borders were placed around the area. Trees were also planted strategically throughout the hardscape to give a more lively feel.
Savannah Court
Savannah Court Retirement home was constructed from the ground up to provide housing suited to and comfortable for the elderly.
The Clubhouse
Dyer Construction was instructed to completely rebuild the clubhouse for the Club at Lake Sinclair. The entire building was remodeled including the dining rooms, restaurant & bar, porch area, club lounge, offices, and roof.
